Lerner Announces Asurion Renews at Two and Three Vintage Park
DULLES, Virginia (March 25, 2016) — Lerner Enterprises, one of Washington, D.C.’s largest private real estate developers, is proud to announce that Asurion has renewed its lease at Two Vintage Park and Three Vintage Park in Dulles, Loudoun County, Virginia. Its leases will total 105,620 square feet.

Two Vintage Park and Three Vintage Park are both 83,000 square foot two-story buildings within Vintage Park. Vintage Park is a multi-phased development of low-rise office buildings, located at the intersection of Routes 606 (Old Ox Road) and 28, two miles from Washington Dulles International Airport in Dulles, Virginia. Suites in both buildings are available for lease.
