Lerner to Begin Construction on Windmill Parc, a Luxury Apartment Home Community in Dulles Town Center


Dulles, Virginia, May 23, 2013 - Lerner Enterprises, Washington, D.C.’s largest private real estate developer, is proud to announce that it is beginning construction on Windmill Parc at Dulles Town Center, a new luxury apartment home community in Dulles, Loudoun County, Virginia.  The new 433-unit community will feature unique designs with premium amenities and open floor plans. Construction of Phase I, consisting of 210 units, has started and delivery of the first units is projected to begin in August 2014 with final completion in early 2015. The community’s premier location provides easy access to Loudoun County and Fairfax County employment centers and is walking distance to Dulles Town Center mall – Loudoun County’s only super regional mall offering 185 upscale shops and restaurants in 1.4 million square feet of shopping, dining and entertainment space.   The new apartment community is projected to open in phases with the first residents moving in 2014.  Windmill Parc at Dulles Town Center (WindmillParcDTC.com) will be located at the intersection of City Center and Nokes Boulevards within Dulles Town Center.  Torti Gallas and Partners, of Silver Spring, Maryland is the architect and Foulger-Pratt Contracting of Rockville, Maryland has been selected as the General Contractor of the project.
