Lerner Announces Attain to Lease Space at 1600 Tysons Boulevard in Tysons II

Tysons, Virginia, May 26, 2015 - Lerner Enterprises, one of Washington, D.C.’s largest private real estate developers based in Rockville, Maryland, is proud to announce that Attain has signed a lease for 23,543 square feet at 1600 Tysons Boulevard in The Corporate Office Centre at Tysons II in Tysons, Virginia. Attain is projected to open their office in 2015 in the thirteen story LEED® Silver Certified office tower.
