OAKTON, Virginia, December 2, 2008 – Lerner Enterprises of Rockville, Maryland, Washington, D.C.’s largest private real estate developer announced today that the initial phase of The Falls at Flint Hill opened on Friday, November 28, 2008.  The luxury rental community consists of 246 units and is located at 10520 Rosehaven Street in Oakton, Virginia.  Completion of Phase 1 marks delivery of the clubhouse with its many amenities, the leasing center and 60 residential units.  The remaining phases representing 186 units are scheduled for completion in March 2009.  The Falls at Flint Hill is located at Route 123 (Chain Bridge Road) and Interstate 66 and is near the Vienna Metro station.

The Falls at Flint Hill will be hosting three open houses on Friday, December 5, Saturday, December 6 and Sunday, December 7 in its’ newly opened clubhouse.    Guided property tours will be conducted throughout the Open House.
