Lerner Enterprises and The Tower Companies have recently completed a 150,000 sq. ft lifestyle shopping center that will complement Wegman's Food Mart and Target, which opened in August, 2007.

This lifestyle shopping center is strategically located at the new grade separated interchange of Route 28 and Waxpool Road (Route 625) at Pacific Boulevard in Loudoun County, Virginia, directly opposite AOL's Dulles headquarters. This is the second phase of development for Dulles 28 Centre.

Complementing Target and Wegmans, the center's other retailers include: Petco, Eastern Mountain Sports, Bubbles, California Tortilla, Moby Dick - House of Kabob, Cheeburger Cheeburger, My Eye Dr., PNC and Chevy Chase Banks, Hair Cuttery, Verizon Wireless, Virginia ABC, Robek's, FedEx Office, Pei Wei, Potbelly Sandwich Works, Coldstone Creamery, and many more. Several retailers will debut their first Loudoun County location at the new center.

  • The new 1757 Golf Club features an 18-hole championship golf course, the region's most comprehensive golf practice facility, and a generously appointed, 16,000-square-foot clubhouse. The lighted driving range and 9-holes are now open for play; the full facility opens spring 2010.

Named after the same year Loudoun County was founded, 1757 Golf Club is a par-70, 6,600-yard daily-fee golf course that offers premium golf experiences. Expertly designed by renowned architect David Heatwole, who brings nearly two decades of course design for legendary golfer/designer Jack Nicklaus to 1757, the bent grass course, from tee to green, challenges the mind and stimulates the senses while remaining sensitive to the natural environment and true to the traditions of the game.

The Golf Academy at 1757 is the region's most complete golf learning center, featuring a 100+ station SportTurf- and grass-tee driving range, expansive short-game practice area, and six indoor Coaching Studios outfitted with the latest instruction technology.

1757's majestic clubhouse celebrates Virginia’s rich history with event rooms named after the Commonwealth's native U.S. Presidents – Washington, Jefferson, Madison, Monroe, and Wilson. From small meetings in technology-forward rooms to extravagant receptions in the elegant ballroom, 1757 offers the finest in culinary options and friendly, intimate service.
