20 M Street
20 M Street, S.E. is a new 10-story, 190,000 s.f., Class 'A', freestanding office building. The building is located adjacent to the Navy Yard Metro Station in Washington, D.C. and just one block away from Nationals Park, the new home of the Washington Nationals and the burgeoning neighborhood amenities on Half Street.
20 M Street is the first office building seen as one enters the Southeast submarket along M Street from South Capitol Street.
- Construction completed in March 2007.
- The building has received a Gold Rating under the Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) rating system by the U.S. Green Building Council. "Green" features designed into the building include:
