Flint Hill Office Park

Flint Hill Office Park is located on heavily traveled I-66 at Route 123 in Fairfax County, Virginia. The complex features four office buildings totaling over 500,000 s.f. of office space. In addition, The Falls at Flint Hill, a 246-unit luxury residential rental community located at Chain Bridge Road (Route 123) and Jermantown Road in Fairfax, Virginia is planned to be developed on the site.

Parkview Executive Center

Parkview Executive Center is a 4-story office building located near Washington Dulles International Airport in Herndon, Fairfax County, Virginia. The 131,000 s.f. building features a very open design, with all the space surrounding a 4-story atrium. Parkview Executive Center is fully leased to Sprint Corp.

Sterling Park Technology Center

Sterling Park Technology Center, 22400 Shaw Road, is a 80,000 s.f. Office/Flex/Data Building, located in Loudoun County, Virginia. The building is fully leased to the General Services Administration. The project is completed and delivered in January 2007.

Vintage Park

Vintage Park is a multi-phased development of low-rise office buildings, located at the intersection of Routes 606 and 28, two miles from Washington Dulles International Airport in Dulles, Loudoun County, Virginia. The office park will be developed with 500,000 square feet of office space. One Vintage Park is an 83,000 s.f. two story building that was sold in 2006. Two Vintage Park is an 83,000 s.f. two-story building. Three Vintage Park, an 86,000 s.f. building, fully leased by National Electronics Warranty Corporation. Pre-leasing is underway for Four Vintage Park, a six-story 186,000 s.f. office building.

Beaumeade Corporate Park

The 684-acre Beaumeade Corporate Park is located in Ashburn, Virginia. Beaumeade is well-known in the Washington area as the site of Redskin Park, the 160-acre practice facility for the Washington Redskins and home to many other prominent companies including Airbus. One Beaumeade Corporate Park, a 175,000 s.f. office building will be located at the intersection of Loudoun County Parkway and Beaumeade Circle. This is the first phase of the 575,000 s.f. Class A Office Park.

Dulles Highpoint

Dulles Highpoint is a 57-acre planned multi-use development located in the booming Washington suburb of Dulles, Loudoun County, Virginia. The park will include 600,000 s.f. of office space and a proposed Hilton Garden Inn. Sites are available for lease and build-to-suit.

The Corporate Office Park at Dulles Town Center

Dulles Town Center is located in the heart of one of the nation's most rapidly growing counties. As part of a 554-acre planned development in Dulles, Loudoun County, Virginia, the 1.4 million s.f. Dulles Town Center mall opened in April, 1999. Stores include Macy's, Sears, JCPenney, Lord & Taylor, Nordstrom, Dick's Sporting Goods, LA Fitness, The Cheescake Factory and Benihana. The office park is designed for 4.5 million square feet of office, hotel and residential development. Leasing is available.

Parkway Center at Beaumeade

The Parkway Center at Beaumeade is a proposed 1.2 million s.f. office park in Ashburn, Virginia, at the intersection of Loudoun County Parkway and Patriot Drive. The development is located in Loudoun County, one of the fastest growing and wealthiest counties in the United States. The center is easily accessible from Washington, D.C. and is just minutes north of the Washington Dulles International Airport.
