We are seeking Assistant Supervisor/Security Officer/Dispatcher for Day Shift, 6:30am - 3:00pm, Evening Shift, 2:30pm - 11:00pm, and Midnight Shift, 10:30pm - 7:00am.

Maintenance
Immediate opening for an HVAC Engineer Tech at a complex consisting of four Class 'A' office buildings. Candidates must have CFC License and knowledge in repairs and maintenance of HVAC systems, including large tonnage chillers, computer controlled VAV boxes, EMS systems, electrical repairs and plumbing systems. This position will be required to respond to tenant service calls and after hours calls, also successful candidates will have a great customer service attitude.
